Job summary

eSky Group in Katowice is seeking a Product Manager for Booking & Checkout to optimise conversion rates and CES across the booking funnel, focusing on the final steps where customers configure and pay for their trips. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Owners, delivering data-driven diagnosis and a prioritized backlog to elevate the experience.

You will work with commercial partners and senior stakeholders to run experiments, write PRDs, and own KPI performance for checkout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or OTA checkout.
• Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, including understanding of statistical significance.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4) and behavioural tools (Hotjar) used to identify root causes.
• Basic understanding of how AI/ML tools are applied to personalisation and recommendations.
• Able to write concise product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Fluent English; Polish language skills an advantage.
• Independent, data-driven mindset; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Practical approach to discovery and delivering working solutions over rigid processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise a conversion-optimisation roadmap for the checkout funnel.
• Analyse funnel data, session recordings and feedback to identify root causes of friction.
• Combine ongoing analysis with delivery work; run continuous discovery and experiments.
• Plan, prioritise and run A/B and multivariate tests and act on statistically valid results.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial and CX; write PRDs and acceptance criteria.
• Own checkout KPIs and drive improvements based on data and business impact.
