The ideal candidate brings hands-on pricing decisions, strong data skills (SQL/Excel), and experience with price comparison platforms, with hybrid or remote work from Poland.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience in setting and adjusting hotel pricing and margin levels and understanding their impact on competitiveness and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills with data: SQL and Excel/Sheets to investigate problems directly.
• Practical understanding of price comparison platforms (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Tripadvisor) and how bidding dynamics affect visibility and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own hotel pricing and margin management across hotels and markets, balancing price, conversion and profitability.
• Optimise hotel distribution across sales channels and comparison platforms.
• Diagnose underperformance of a hotel, rate, or channel by analyzing the full customer path from impression to booking.
• Design and run pricing and distribution experiments, measure outcomes and iterate.
• Build dashboards and monitoring tools with Data/BI teams.
• Identify manual processes for automation and collaborate with Engineering/Data Science.
