Job summary

eSky Group is seeking a Head of Flight to lead our flight product team in Poland. You will own the core flights OTA, oversee flight supply, and steer the dynamic packages/hotels path, balancing growth with profitability.

You’ll coach and align teams across marketing, trading, and product to optimize segmentation, value proposition, and distribution governance, while shaping the future of leisure travel offerings for our global audience.

Qualifications

• Travel industry experience is required.
• Experience at another OTA is required.
• Familiarity with flight ticket sales, including metasearch.

Responsibilities

• Own core flights OTA including P&L, pricing, monetization, and conversions.
• Oversee flight supply for dynamic packages and manage inventory risk.
