📍Katowice or remotely from Poland

Cultivating strategic, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.

Performing active market analysis and monitoring sales trends to optimize partner performance.

Leading and managing new business projects and marketing initiatives within the affiliate ecosystem.

Auditing partner-published content.

Providing operational support.

Required skills:

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based partnerships in e-commerce sectors.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable business conclusions.

A proactive approach with the ability to independently manage new processes and take ownership of projects.

A growth mindset with the ability to navigate through market challenges and remain focused on long-term targets.

Very good command of English, at least B2.
