• 7+ years of experience in procurement transformation and service delivery.
• Strong leadership and delivery of procurement capability improvements.
• Experience with procurement platforms and ERP integrations.
• Data analytics and dashboard development expertise.
• Experience driving change and stakeholder adoption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of dashboards, KPI reporting, and procurement outputs to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Partner with procurement Excellence and category teams to align service delivery with strategy.
• Ensure adherence to data standards, governance, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate process mapping, documentation, and change management activities; develop training materials.
• Support system maintenance, user training and adoption of digital procurement tools.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and cycle time in procurement processes.
• Manage transitions of new procurement services with smooth stakeholder adoption.
• Foster a customer‑first culture focused on quality and value.
