Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a proactive Process & Change Analyst to enable successful adoption of indirect procurement processes, systems and service models. You will map workflows, develop clear change plans, and create engaging communications and training for technology-driven initiatives across Indirect and GBS.

Collaborating with procurement teams, platform owners and business stakeholders, you will monitor adoption, report benefits, support Lean and Six Sigma

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, process improvement, or business analysis within procurement or shared services.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, documentation and optimisation.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exposure to aerospace or defence is a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking for Indirect and GBS Procurement Operations and Services specific initiatives.
• Create clear, engaging, and audience-specific communication materials for process and system changes.
• Develop and maintain training materials for technology-driven initiatives and support delivery.
• Document workflows, update process maps, and support optimization initiatives for Indirect Procurement and GBS Procurement.
• Monitor progress against change plans, report adoption metrics, and escalate risks or issues.
• Work closely with procurement teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, or barriers within processes and practices.
• Generate and gather improvement ideas, coach team members on improvement tools/techniques and how to select the improvement projects of biggest return.
• Conduct weekly review board meetings and create benefit realisation reports.
• Support high complexity and impactful Green / Black belt projects.
