Job summary

The Kraków Global Capability Centre of Rolls-Royce is seeking a Process & Change Analyst to enable successful adoption of indirect and GBS procurement processes and systems. You will drive change management plans, craft clear communications, and develop training for technology-driven initiatives across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in change management, process improvement, or business analysis in procurement or shared services.
• Hands-on process mapping, documentation and optimization.
• Familiar with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in continuous improvement and change impact projects.
• Exposure to procurement systems and digital transformation projects.
• Green belt accredited or equivalent experience.
• Ability to coach and upskill others.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies knowledge.
• Experience in aerospace or defence is a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management plans, including impact assessments and adoption tracking for Indirect and GBS Procurement Operations and Services initiatives.
• Create engaging, audience-specific communication materials for process and system changes.
• Develop and maintain training materials for technology-driven initiatives.
• Document workflows and support optimization for Indirect Procurement and GBS.
• Monitor progress against change plans and report adoption metrics.
• Work with procurement teams, platform owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain documentation for audits and governance standards.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, or barriers within processes.
• Generate improvement ideas and coach team members on improvement tools.
• Conduct weekly review board meetings and create benefit realization reports.
• Support high complexity Green/Black belt projects.
