ABB is seeking a Digital Procurement Tools Support Specialist to act as the first contact for SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass users. You will handle tickets, diagnose issues, and coordinate with IS Delivery teams to ensure smooth operation and a positive end-user experience.

You will work in a hybrid model, supporting a global user base within the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and driving improvements based on user feedback.

Formación

• Experience or exposure to system support or shared services.
• Experience with procurement tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass) is preferred.
• Familiar with ticket-based support environments and basic problem-solving.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve user requests and incidents (tickets) promptly and clearly.
• Provide guidance and support to users, diagnosing issues and clarifying system functionalities.
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to maintain system stability.
• Support continuous improvement based on recurring issues and user feedback.
• Ensure a collaborative approach between Business, IS and external providers.
