Job summary

ABB is seeking a Procurement specialist to join the EUOPC team in a hybrid role (8 office days per month). You will manage end-to-end PR to PO, monitor orders, and ensure data integrity in SAP, SAP Ariba, and Excel while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

You should be fluent in business English and Italian, have a customer‑oriented mindset, and bring experience in procurement or supply chain. The role offers flexible hours, home office support, and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in business English and Italian for internal and supplier communications.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP procurement processes and SAP Ariba is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PR to PO for direct and indirect procurement in SAP.
• Monitor open POs, confirmations, GRs, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement reports and accurate SAP master data.
• Execute procurement and logistics changes and address cost/quality/delivery issues.
• Support supplier lifecycle activities and communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparent SAP procurement processes and cross-team collaboration.
