Job summary

ABB is seeking a Procurement Operations specialist to support end-to-end purchasing, supplier relationships, and KPI reporting within the Strategic Supply Unit. The hybrid role combines daily procurement activities with process improvement and digitalization initiatives to drive operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; interest in digitalization.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end procurement activities including PO management and supplier communications.
Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Analyze procurement and logistics data, develop reports and KPIs for decision-making.
Support automation and digitalization by participating in system design and testing.
Collaborate with planning, logistics, sourcing, customer support, finance, and master data teams.
Ensure compliance with ABB policies and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
