ABB is seeking a Digital Procurement Tools Support Specialist to act as the first contact for SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass users. You will handle tickets, diagnose issues, and coordinate with IS Delivery teams to ensure smooth operation and a positive end-user experience.

You will work in a hybrid model, supporting a global user base within the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and driving improvements based on user feedback.

Competenze

• Experience or exposure to system support or shared services.
• Experience with procurement tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass) is preferred.
• Familiar with ticket-based support environments and basic problem-solving.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

This position reports to:

Lead of Glob. Ind. Proc. Supp. Oper.

Act as a first point of contact for users and stakeholders across digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass), providing support and resolving requests either directly or in coordination with external providers.

You will work in a ticket-based environment, ensuring smooth system usage and a positive end-user experience.

• Resolve user requests and incidents (tickets) in a timely and structured manner
• Provide guidance and support to users, including diagnosing issues and clarifying system functionalities
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure system stability
• Support continuous improvement based on recurring issues and user feedback

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence & Digitalization organization in a global environment. Main stakeholders include end users, Business stakeholders, IS Delivery teams and external service providers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of user requests
• Maintaining stable operation and availability of digital procurement tools
• Delivering a consistent and positive end-user support experience
• Contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes based on user feedback and recurring issues
• Supporting effective collaboration between Business, IS and external providers

You will join a collaborative international team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role:

• You enjoy working with digital tools and systems, particularly SAP Ariba (Ariba Buying), SAP Fieldglass or similar procurement platforms, within the Procure to Pay (P2P) domain
• You have initial experience or exposure to system support, shared services or working with procurement tools
• You are familiar with ticket-based support environments and basic problem-solving for system-related issues
• You are motivated, service-oriented and have solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Business, Logistics, IT or a related field
• You are comfortable communicating in English (minimum B2 level); additional language is a strong advantage
