ABB Kraków is seeking a digital procurement support specialist to act as the first line of contact for users of SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. You will resolve tickets, guide users, and collaborate with IS Delivery teams in a hybrid work environment within the Procure to Pay (P2P) organization.

Formación

• Experience or exposure to system support, shared services or working with procurement tools.
• Familiar with ticket-based support environments and basic system problem solving.
• Degree in Business, Logistics, IT or related field.
• Able to communicate in English at B2 level; additional language is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for users and stakeholders across digital procurement tools.
• Resolve user requests and incidents (tickets) in a timely and structured manner.
• Provide guidance and support to users, including identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure stability.
• Support continuous improvement based on recurring issues and user feedback.
• Maintain stable operation and availability of digital procurement tools and platforms.
• Deliver a consistent and positive end-user support experience.
