ABB is seeking a proactive Digital Procurement Support professional in Kraków to act as the first point of contact for users of SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. You will provide timely ticket-based support, resolve incidents, and guide end users while collaborating with IS Delivery teams to ensure system stability.

The role is hybrid, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements across a global context.

Formación

• Experience providing end-user support for procurement tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass) and related systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IS delivery teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Act as a first point of contact for users and stakeholders across digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass), providing support and resolving requests either directly or in coordination with external providers. You will work in a ticket-based environment, ensuring smooth system usage and a positive end-user experience.

• Resolve user requests and incidents (tickets) in a timely and structured manner
• Provide guidance and support to users, including identifying and resolving issues and clarifying system functionalities
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure system stability
• Support continuous improvement based on recurring issues and user feedback

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence & Digitalization organization in a global environment. Main stakeholders include end users, Business stakeholders, IS Delivery teams and external service providers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of user requests
• Maintaining stable operation and availability of digital procurement tools
• Delivering a consistent and positive end-user support experience
• Contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes based on user feedback and recurring issues
• Supporting effective collaboration between Business, IS and external providers
