Job summary

LEO Pharma in Poland is seeking an Operational Purchaser with German to ensure colleagues receive the right goods and services through the right processes, efficiently and compliantly. You will be the key contact for requisitioners, manage purchase orders, evaluate supplier quotes, and collaborate with Sourcing teams while supporting end users in English and German.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.
Experience in a global organization, preferably within procurement or customer service.
Familiarity with business processes and applying procedures.
Knowledge of SAP and ticketing systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Review shopping carts to ensure correct product categories, preferred suppliers, prices, agreements, and catalogue availability.
Managing and supporting purchase order execution, including catalogue-related activities.
Collecting and evaluating supplier quotes in line with procurement procedures and proposing options to the business.
Creating work orders and supporting sourcing activities in collaboration with Sourcing teams and Category Managers.
Supporting end users in German and English by guiding them on purchasing procedures and handling supplier-related complaints.
