Job summary

The Kraków Rolls‑Royce Global Capability Centre is seeking a Contract Analyst to support the Source to Contract team across the full contracting lifecycle. You will draft, review, and process procurement contracts and NDAs, ensuring compliance with templates and governance, while collaborating with global stakeholders to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or supply chain management in aerospace/defence or global manufacturing.
• Experience in contract management or procurement operations within a complex/global environment.
• Strong understanding of contract principles including drafting, review and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality contracting support across the full contract lifecycle, incl. drafting, reviewing, amending and processing procurement contracts and NDAs.
• Apply templates, playbooks and clause libraries to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Provide timely, responsive contracting support to Procurement, Legal and business stakeholders.
• Maintain contract data and documentation within contract management systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies and procedures and escalate risks or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with global/local stakeholders to resolve queries and enable smooth execution of agreements.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
