Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska seeks a Procurement Operations Associate Manager – Process Owner P2I to own end-to-end Procure-to-Invoice processes and drive governance across the global organization. The role is based in Wrocław and focuses on standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will map processes, define controls, and lead cross-functional initiatives with SAP/Ariba and related systems. Strong analytical and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of procurement operations and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in process ownership, governance, or procurement operations in a shared services environment.
• Experience in process mapping, documentation, controls management, and operating model design.
• Ability to translate business and system requirements into standardised process flows and controls.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience in change management and process transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Defining and maintaining end-to-end P2I process design, standards, and governance.
• Developing process maps, DTPs, work instructions, and approval logic.
• Ensuring consistent application of process standards across teams.
• Translating requirements into operational processes and controls.
• Acting as process expert and stakeholder contact for initiatives.
• Partnering with Compliance to maintain control frameworks.
• Defining risk, approvals, and corrective actions.
• Reviewing process documentation before implementation.
• Supporting SAP, Ariba, and other process transformations.
• Identifying optimization opportunities and driving standardisation.
• Collaborating with CI, PM, QA, Ops, and Systems teams.
• Ensuring KPI definitions and reporting reflect the end-to-end process.
• Using data to identify issues and define corrective actions.
• Building relationships with stakeholders for governance.
