Takeda in Lodz, Poland seeks an Associate Director, Global Process Manager – Intake to Contract to shape and govern the Need-to-Contract process globally. You will drive governance, performance, and continuous improvement while partnering with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to deliver compliant, user-centric sourcing experiences.

You will define roadmaps, standards, and controls, oversee adoption of global processes, and translate strategies into tangible improvements,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, procurement operations, or global process management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Shape the global Need-to-Contract process strategy, operating model, governance framework, and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Own end-to-end subprocess performance including adoption, cycle time, quality, compliance, and user experience.
• Develop and evolve the global Need-to-Contract core model, procedures, controls, and documentation.
