Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation in Poland seeks a senior specialist to manage the Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash teams. You will ensure timely supplier invoice processing, payments, cash collection, and accurate reporting while driving DSO reduction.

You will coach staff, maintain controls, and collaborate with stakeholders across FEBS. Fluency in English and SAP experience are required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Finance / Accounting / Economics.
• >5 years of experience in accounting/ Shared Services environment.
• Strong understanding of Purchase to Pay (invoice processing, payment) and Order to Cash (invoice, cash, credit management, aging).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead P2P and OTC teams to ensure timely, quality service and manage DSO.
• Oversee invoice processing, payments, cash collection, dunning and aged debt reporting.
• Coach and supervise staff; maintain internal controls and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and issue escalations; coordinate workload and holidays.
• Deliver monthly metrics: DSO, AR aging, and ad hoc reports.
