Paessler GmbH in Kraków is seeking an operational procurement professional to manage day-to-day sourcing, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, HR, IT and Security. You will maintain repositories, track savings, follow active projects, and drive end-to-end sourcing initiatives with vendors.

The role emphasizes data handling, Excel proficiency, and the ability to apply savings methodologies. English is required; German is a plus in this international team.

Competenze

• Prior experience in procurement, contract administration, or vendor management.
• Understanding of savings types (hard savings, cost avoidance, soft savings) and how to classify/report them correctly.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update the contract repository, registry, and database.
• Maintain and update the savings tracker.
• Follow up on active procurement projects and ensure timely progress.
• Drive sourcing projects post-onboarding (renewals, re-negotiations, transitions).
• Run sourcing projects end-to-end (RFI/RFP coordination, vendor comparison, stakeholder alignment).
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors, escalating to Head of Procurement / Head of Finance where needed.
