Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in procurement sourcing in an international environment.
• University degree preferably in Business Administration / Economics / Trade / Procurement or equivalent fields of study.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Customer-centric approach with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up on projects and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMI Global Procurement and Procurement Center to implement a global strategy.
• Manage Supplier Relationship Management activities.
• Select suppliers through bidding processes.
• Participate in sustainability-related projects.
• Coordinate or support in contract negotiations with Legal, Business and Procurement Account / Category Management to ensure legal requirements are met and contracts signed within timelines.
• Perform advanced spend and volume analysis for strategy development.

What You’ll Do

• You will collaborate with PMI Global Procurement and Procurement Center in order to implement a global strategy
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Selection of suppliers through bidding processes
• Participation in projects related to Sustainability area
• Coordination or support in contract negotiations with Legal, Business and Procurement Account / Category Management to ensure legal requirements are met and the contract is signed within agreed timelines
• Advanced spend and volume analysis for strategy development

Skills & Capabilities

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the area of procurement sourcing in international environment
• University degree preferably in Business Administration /Economics / Trade/ Procurement or equivalent fields of study
• Project management experience from Procurement perspective
• Supplier Relationship Management experience
• Fluent command of English (C1 or higher),
• Strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge and experience in using Excel
• Customer centric approach accompanied with communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on projects and deal with business partners of all levels including senior stakeholders
• Proactive approach, self-driven and able to work independently in a cross-cultural business environment
