Job summary

Paessler GmbH in Poland is seeking an operational procurement professional to manage day-to-day procurement execution and ensure smooth workflows from intake to contracting. You will act as the operational link between SMEs (Legal, HR, IT, Security) and internal stakeholders.

The role involves maintaining contract repositories, tracking savings, and driving end-to-end sourcing projects. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools will support data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior procurement/contract administration or vendor management experience, SaaS/software preferred.
• Understanding of savings types (hard savings, cost avoidance, rebates) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the contract repository, registry, and database.
• Maintain and update the savings tracker.
• Follow up on active procurement projects and ensure timely progress.
• Drive sourcing projects post-onboarding (renewals, renegotiations, transitions).
• Run sourcing projects end-to-end (RFI/RFP coordination, vendor comparison, stakeholder alignment).
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors, escalating when needed.
• Review contracts for completeness and flag deviations.
• Coordinate communication between SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Apply savings methodologies consistently in reporting.
