AMS is seeking a Proactive Sourcing Specialist with German, French or Italian to build high-quality talent pipelines for engineering roles across international markets. You will partner with AMS recruiters, client partners and hiring managers to map talent, source candidates, and drive hiring outcomes using exciting sourcing techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, results-driven environment.

The Role:

We are looking for a Proactive Sourcing Specialist with German, French or Italian who brings strong expertise in talent mapping, market research and strategic sourcing, and is motivated to build high-quality talent pipelines that drive real, measurable hiring outcomes.

Working closely with AMS recruiters, client Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging and attracting specialist talent across international markets, with a particular focus on engineering and technical recruitment.

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Apply your strategic sourcing expertise to support AMS recruiters, client Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers in identifying and attracting top talent.
• Use your research and talent mapping skills to interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies such as networking, headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to maintain alignment on hiring priorities and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
• Contribute to building strong talent pipelines by leveraging your expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites and other innovative tools.
• Drive improvements in candidate pipeline quality and hiring efficiency through your strengths in proactive sourcing, market mapping and continuous engagement with relevant talent.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with interview scheduling, job postings and other administrative tasks where needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French or Italian, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability in proactive sourcing, headhunting and candidate attraction, including experience sourcing for engineering roles.
• Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring needs.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and tools, combined with strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Strength in analytical thinking and data-driven decision making, with an inquisitive mindset and the ability to approach complex or nonlinear searches creatively.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and persuade stakeholders while building strong professional relationships.
• Ability to present information credibly to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to form clear conclusions and articulate the story behind the data.
