AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter (German Speaking) to join our Carrier account team in Kraków. You will own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver high-quality processes and an exceptional candidate experience.

Fluency in German and English, strong stakeholder management, and market knowledge will help you shape hiring strategies and drive measurable business outcomes.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will work closely with hiring managers across the engineering sector, driving talent acquisition strategies and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. You will leverage market insights, recruitment expertise, and strong collaboration skills to attract and engage top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, shaping hiring strategies, role requirements, and recruitment plans.
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery, from sourcing and assessment through offer management and onboarding.
• Build and engage high-quality, diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and market mapping techniques.
• Leverage market intelligence to influence hiring decisions, provide talent insights, and set realistic expectations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through strong collaboration and seamless process management.
• Drive workforce planning, continuous improvement, and compliance while ensuring recruitment excellence and business impact.

• Strong client partnering, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Expertise in sourcing and talent mapping across diverse channels.
• Experience recruiting engineering or technical talent, with knowledge of the German talent market.
