Job summary

AMS is seeking an Executive Talent Researcher for a 6-month contract to support hiring across technology roles, with a focus on senior and executive-level talent. The role involves identifying, mapping, and engaging top executives globally, including passive candidates, and partnering with recruiters and leaders to shape our talent strategy.

You will design and implement sourcing strategies, perform market intelligence, and deliver data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive research within technology sector is a must have.
• Experience working on complex, hard-to-fill roles across multiple levels.
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, competitor analysis, AI sourcing).
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, growth mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping and research to identify high-caliber executives and senior professionals within technology sector.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using a mix of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, industry networks, referrals, Boolean search).
• Identify and engage passive candidates through tailored outreach strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent availability, competitor mapping, compensation trends, and industry movements.
• Prepare talent landscape reports to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies for complex and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess suitability and interest.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Build and nurture long-term talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Handle sensitive executive-level searches with discretion and professionalism
