Job summary

Emerson in Warsaw is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer for the Power Industry to grow Ovation DCS and SIS solutions across Poland and the Baltic States. You will build strong customer relationships, qualify opportunities, and lead deployments from first contact to contract closure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel ~35% of the time, and apply your technical and sales expertise to help customers improve reliability, safety, and performance of their operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in automation or related field.
• Min 5 years in industrial automation or tech sales.
• Min 3 years direct automation sales.
• Experience selling or supporting DCS/SIS/SCADA/PLC/ESD.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel ~35%.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Ovation DCS and Ovation SIS across Poland and Baltic States.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and secure new opportunities.
• Expand Emerson's presence in power generation, CHP, and related industries.
• Identify modernization opportunities and pursue displacement to increase market share.
• Build and execute account plans to meet bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
• Lead customer engagements through sales cycle including proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
