Emerson Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Graduate Engineer to build strong customer partnerships and deliver value-based technical and commercial solutions. You will work with customers and internal teams to understand needs and support growth in your assigned territory.

The role emphasizes preparing quotations, managing CRM tasks, coordinating with Field Sales Engineers, and ensuring timely engagement across channels to drive order growth and profitability.

Competenze

• Technical university degree or final year of studies, graduation expected in 2026.
• Ability to understand and discuss engineered solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored value propositions.
• Prepare and manage quotations based on engineered solutions with pricing and terms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date list of quotation and order‑related tasks in CRM.
• Partner with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow up on quotations and convert to orders.
• Maximize communication channels (phone and email) for clear customer engagement.
• Identify market requirements and contribute to strategies driving order growth and profitability.
• Oversee and support execution of contracted commitments with high service standards.
