Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced Power Platform specialist in Poznań to design and deliver a Canvas App MVP that replaces an Excel-based mapping process. You will craft automated Power Automate workflows, integrate with Azure Databricks, and design robust data models for master data and security.

The role requires senior expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Databricks, with independence to liaise with business stakeholders and drive end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a Canvas App MVP to replace an Excel-based product-mapping process.
• Build automated Power Automate workflows with controlled database writes, error handling and audit logging.
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure Databricks using Databricks SQL, Delta tables, SQL Warehouses and Unity Catalog.
• Design relational data models and master-data structures for product mapping and reference data.
• Implement role-based access and data visibility rules with Microsoft Entra ID authentication.
• Migrate and validate existing Excel data while ensuring data quality and version history.
• Manage Power Platform ALM and deployments across environments.
• Own discovery, requirements, testing, documentation, user training and go-live support.

Requirements

• Power Apps Experience
  • Senior hands-on experience developing Power Apps Canvas Apps
• Power Automate
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, including controlled database writes, error handling and audit logging
• Practical experience with Azure Databricks, including Databricks SQL, Delta tables, SQL Warehouses and Unity Catalog
• Platform Integration
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Azure Databricks
• Strong SQL and relational data-modelling skills for structured enterprise data
• Master Data & Security
  • Experience designing master-data applications and implementing role-based access and data visibility rules
• ALM & Migration
  • Experience with Power Platform ALM, environment deployments and Excel data migration and validation
• Ability to work independently with business stakeholders, make technical decisions and deliver solutions across the full lifecycle
