Duties

• Developing Power Platform solutions from initial data and requirements analysis to final deployment.
• Designing scalable, container-based user interfaces in Canvas Apps or views in Model-Driven Apps.
• Converting business logic into Power Automate flows or Logic Apps.
• Planning ERD database schemas for SharePoint or Dataverse solutions and implementing security models.
• Conducting peer code reviews and optimizing existing solutions in challenging scenarios.
• Collaborating with a development team of 3-6 people on small to medium-scale projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in creating Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, or Logic Apps.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build high-quality solutions and clean code.
• Proficiency in working with Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, CI/CD pipelines (DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
