Job summary

Seargin in Poznań seeks an IT Operations professional to manage data collection and delivery across a broad portfolio of business applications. You will ensure accurate data extraction, validation, and disposal in line with SLAs, while monitoring workflows and troubleshooting issues.

The role involves maintaining Python scripts, performing data validation with SQL, and driving governance, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Manage and support daily data collection and delivery processes across a large portfolio of business applications
• Data Lifecycle
  • Ensure data extraction, validation, delivery and disposal are completed accurately within agreed SLAs and timelines
• Workflow Monitoring
  • Monitor automated workflows, investigate failures and implement solutions to maintain reliable operations
• Python Automation
  • Maintain and enhance existing Python scripts and automation solutions to improve reliability and efficiency
• Data Validation
  • Use SQL to validate data completeness, accuracy and consistency across production datasets
• Technical Troubleshooting
  • Analyse operational issues and determine appropriate technical or process solutions

• IT Operations Experience
  • Strong experience in IT service operations or operational process management in reliable daily service environments

  • Advanced Python skills with the ability to maintain scripts, troubleshoot code, diagnose failures and implement improvements independently
• SQL Skills
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query large production datasets and verify data completeness, accuracy and consistency
• Excel Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, validation and operational reporting
• Technical Troubleshooting
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting day-to-day technical operations and resolving operational issues
