Job summary

GATX Rail Europe is seeking an experienced IT professional to support development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role focuses on Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint Online, with contribution to Power BI reporting, data validation, and integrations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to drive digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong practical experience with Power Automate, including flows, triggers and connectors.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Power Apps.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions and workflows.
• Experience with Power BI, including report creation, data models and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of data structures and integrations.
• Good communication skills to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Fluent English; German or Polish would be an asset.

• Connect Power Platform with data sources (DWH, SQL, APIs).
• Monitor automated processes and provide first‑level support and analysis.
• Contribute to standardization and documentation of solutions.

To support our growing organisation we are currently looking for an experienced

to join our IT team and support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and automations within the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you will focus primarily on Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint Online, while also contributing to Power BI reporting, data validation, and integration scenarios. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to support digitalization initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements and propose opportunities for automation and digitalization
  
• Translate business needs into functional Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, design and validate the solutions
  
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows (automation of business processes, integrations, alerts, data pipelines)
  
• Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas Apps) supporting business processes
  
• Support bug fixing, monitoring and optimization of existing applications and flows
  
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists and workflows
  
• Collaborate on Power BI reports and datasets
  
• Assist in connecting Power Platform solutions with data sources (DWH, SQL, APIs)
  
• Monitor automated processes and provide first-level support and analysis of issues
  
• Contribute to standardization and documentation of solutions

You are a good fit if you have:
