Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows. You will work closely with analysts and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.

The role requires hands-on UiPath Studio and Orchestrator expertise, strong programming skills, and experience with API and database integration. Join a dynamic, international team delivering enterprise-grade RPA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, with knowledge of enterprise RPA environments
• Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying automation solutions
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#, VB.NET, or Python
• Experience with API integrations and databases, including SQL
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of recent UiPath platform capabilities, including AI/ML-related features and Elastic Robots
• Required UiPath certification, good communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve reliability and reduce manual effort
• Monitor bot performance and ensure stable, reliable operation of automation solutions in production environments
• Support automation deployments and CI/CD processes while following enterprise development standards
• Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and design appropriate automation solutions
• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and SQL databases
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SDDs, and technical designs while following governance frameworks and best practices
• Contribute to improving the RPA environment and delivery processes while supporting scalable, maintainable, and high-quality automation
