You will be providing high-quality assistance to advertisers and agencies across the Polish market, helping them succeed with their online campaigns.

Your Role — As a member of the Advertisers Support team, you will assist small and medium-sized businesses using advertising tools on social media platforms. You will respond to support requests from advertisers and marketing agencies and help them solve issues related to ad placements, billing, features, and performance optimization.

• You will handle customer support through chat, email, and outbound calls in both Polish and English.
• You will assist with troubleshooting, bug reporting, and platform navigation.

Working conditions

You will work 40 hours per week on rotational shifts. Working hours are scheduled between 06:00 and 24:00 from Monday to Sunday. You are entitled to 22 vacation days per year, plus applicable compensation days for working on Portuguese public holidays. Your workplace is based in Lisbon with easy access to metro, bus, and train stations.
