Job summary

CCIG Group is seeking Portuguese-speaking agents to join our parcel locker customer support team. No prior experience needed; we provide full training. Work remotely with a guaranteed hourly rate and performance bonuses.

Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate studies or personal commitments. Position requires Portuguese at B2 level or higher, at least 25 hours per week, and comfort with learning new software systems. We offer a mandate contract and a B2B option through Unique People Sp.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and couriers in Portuguese via phone, email, and live chat.
• Help customers open jammed or locked compartments.
• Guide users on parcel sending, returns, and app navigation.
• Handle complaints and resolve everyday logistics issues.
• Maintain high service quality and promote a positive company image.
