Job summary

3M in Wroclaw is seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to drive Material Create & Extend (MCE) and Phase in Phase Out (PIPO) projects within Transportation & Electronics Business Group. You will align projects with division priorities and collaborate with Global and Area Portfolio Marketers to keep initiatives on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in Supply Chain or Master Data Management, with strong English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Master Data Management.
Knowledge of material creation processes and data governance.
Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Execute Material Create and Extension (MCE) requests in alignment with processes and timelines.
Apply working knowledge of end-to-end material creation processes and data governance requirements.
Escalate issues, delays, or blockers promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders to drive actions and meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with data quality standards aligned with global/divisional governance.
Troubleshoot workflow delays and drive timely resolution activities.
Support organizational changes and assist with team transitions.
Provide backup support to ensure business continuity.
