Job summary

PPG, a global leader in coatings, seeks an Aero Services Supply Chain Manager - EMEA to lead a multidisciplinary procurement team in the EMEA region from its Wrocław hub. You will direct Material Coordinators, Sourcing Coordinators, and Supply Chain Analysts, coordinating with external suppliers and CMS platforms while driving supplier negotiations and performance improvements.

You will report to the Aero Services Customer Programs Manager EMEA and play a pivotal role in shaping procurement

Qualifications

Min. BSc degree (in Supply chain or Chemistry) or any other field of studies combined with supply chain certifications.
3 - 5 years of hands‑on experience in procurement (aerospace or chemistry would be a preference).
Min. 2 years of experiece in a leadership position.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
ERP system knowledge (Oracle, QAD or SAP).
Fluent English required, fluent Polish preferable – French or German would be a merit.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development for team members.
Develop and implement procurement procedures.
Manage the EMEA Material Coordinator team in their daily operational buying activities.
Handle complex procurement escalations and serve as primary supplier contact for critical issues.
Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and supplier-related risks.
Oversee analysis and review of supplier lead times to improve procurement planning.
