Job summary

PPG is seeking an EMEA CMS Material Coordinator to implement tactical purchasing activities and manage supplier relationships in Wrocław. This role ensures timely material availability to meet customer demand and involves communicating with suppliers to monitor deliveries and stock levels.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in a relevant field and has over 2 years of experience in procurement, particularly in the chemical industry. The position offers a hybrid work model and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc degree in Supply Chain, Business, or any other field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations (chemical industry preferred).
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• ERP system knowledge (Oracle, QAD, or SAP).
• Fluent English required, fluent Polish preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring details are correct.
• Handle purchase requests and place orders on time following procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers and teams to meet business needs.
• Monitor deliveries, follow up on delays, and resolve issues.
• Monitor stock levels while keeping inventory costs low.
