Job summary

3M seeks a Logistics Specialist in Wrocław to manage relationships with carriers and ensure an efficient carrier network. You will source, onboard, and monitor carriers while addressing performance issues and supporting transportation planning.

This role focuses on building a robust logistics partner network within a global organization. The ideal candidate has a background in supply chain/logistics, solid English skills, and hands-on experience with carriers or 3PLs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in carrier management, transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with freight carriers, 3PLs, or logistics partners.
• Strong English, written and spoken (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with transportation carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in carrier management, transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with freight carriers, 3PLs, transportation providers, or logistics partners.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken, at B2/C1 level.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in process standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or transportation procurement systems is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, and delivery)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Job Specifics

• Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
• This role involves up to 20% business travel
• This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.
