Job summary

UBS Group Operations Wroclaw is seeking an experienced professional to manage the client lifecycle across European locations. You will handle complex maintenance and offboarding requests while upholding high standards of quality, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance.

You will act as a subject matter expert, support process excellence, drive improvements, and contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client lifecycle management, KYC, account maintenance or a related operational environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team, prioritize effectively and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and coordination of client maintenance and offboarding activities.
• Review and assessment of client documentation with focus on completeness, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Analysis and resolution of complex client data and documentation issues.
• Maintenance, enrichment and validation of client information across internal systems.
• Identification and escalation of potential risks, control gaps and compliance concerns.
• Collaboration with key business and support functions to ensure effective resolution of client requests.
• Participation in process optimization, automation and change initiatives.
• Supporting team development through knowledge sharing, coaching and best practice guidance.
• Contributing to the implementation of strategic projects and operational improvements.
