lampelicht Kraków is seeking a Customer Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers across Europe. You will respond via email, phone, or chat, resolve inquiries, and document all interactions in our CRM.

The role emphasizes multilingual support, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A flexible mix of office and remote work options is offered with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have language proficiency in Polish and at least one other language.
• Experience as a customer service representative is preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, or chat.
• Accurately address inquiries and translate issues into effective solutions.
• Record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns/warranty claims in the CRM.
• Receive initial training and then work independently.
