Workster is partnering with an international organisation to recruit a German-speaking Customer Advisor for its Krakow-based team. The role will focus on supporting German-speaking customers, responding to enquiries across relevant communication channels, and ensuring that each interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Your Role

• Provide professional and friendly customer support to German-speaking customers
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, chat, or other available communication channels
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions
• Handle questions, complaints, requests, and follow-up activities in a timely manner
• Investigate customer issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams when required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems
• Follow established customer service processes, quality standards, and data protection requirements
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases in accordance with company procedures
• Build positive relationships with customers through clear, empathetic, and professional communication
• Meet agreed service levels, productivity targets, and quality expectations
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support service improvements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments in an international environment

Your Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality, or a related role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping others
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and accurate administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities effectively
• Comfortable using computers, customer service systems, and standard office applications
• Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and product information
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Availability to work from Krakow, Poland
