Job summary

QLF Brands, Lampenlicht, is seeking multilingual customer service staff for 40 hours per week at our Barcelona head office. You will be the first contact for customers by email, phone or chat across Europe, fluently communicating in English and another language such as Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Greek.

You will register orders, shipments, returns in our CRM, support our foreign service teams, and help create the right atmosphere with lamps and light.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Experience as a customer service employee.
• Able to communicate across email, phone and chat.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for customers via email, telephone or chat.
• Support European customers and foreign service teams.
• Register orders, shipments, returns and warranty data in CRM.
