Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Polish payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations.
• Proficient English (spoken and written).
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preparing payroll lists, following Polish payroll calendar.
• Calculating salaries.
• Preparing PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS.
• Updating and maintaining procedures and documentation related to the payroll process in accordance with instructions.
• Participating in payroll-related projects.
