Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes across regions with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. You will handle confidential data, generate standard and client-specific reports, and support change requests within a fast-paced global environment.

The role requires excellent Polish and English, plus proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. You will work in a collaborative team, contributing to timely payroll execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
• Experience handling payroll data and HR processes across regions.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform payroll from end to end following defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling using BI tools.
• Utilize hrX suite for payroll processing and related activities.
• Understand payslips and payroll calendars to ensure accuracy.
• Identify deviations and support change requests where needed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Produce payroll reports and assist with year-end reporting.
• Review data for accuracy and initiate corrections as required.
• Answer payroll related questions and provide knowledge transfers.
• Support SOC1 controls and maintain DWIs.
