Job summary

Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. We are looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist (Polish Payroll) to handle payroll lists, salary calculations, PIT and ZUS reports, and documentation updates.

You will contribute to payroll projects and rely on your strong Polish payroll knowledge, advanced English, and Excel skills to support teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Polish payroll role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Płatnik software.
• Ability to work in a team and think analytically.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll lists following Polish payroll calendar.
• Calculate salaries and generate payroll figures.
• Prepare PIT reports and ZUS settlement documents.
• Update and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
• Participate in payroll-related projects.
