Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman seeks a Payroll HR Professional in Kraków to manage payroll across Poland, coordinate with our outsourced provider, and ensure accurate, timely payments for BBH staff in multiple locations. Strong Poland payroll knowledge and Workday HCM experience preferred.

The role requires fluency in English and Polish, excellent organization, and the ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Expertise in processing payroll in Poland; familiarity with other European locations is a plus.
• Experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll models preferred.
• Strong organization, planning, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify payroll for salaried and hourly BBH employees in Poland and other locations; prepare draft reports.
• Audit withholdings, deductions, bonuses, and commissions; ensure accurate payroll input and timely payment.
• Perform month-end/year-end close, regulatory reports, and liaise with third-party payroll vendor.
