Job summary

Marsh is seeking a proactive Team Coordinator for its Policy Servicing Team at the European Business Support Center in Warsaw. The role supports policy renewal activities and liaises with clients, insurers, and Marsh brokers in Germany and Austria within a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office weekly.

You will help ensure accurate, timely delivery of day-to-day activities, participate in process standardization, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German, written and spoken.
• Experience in coordination, administration, customer service, operations, or similar roles, preferably in insurance/SSC/BPO.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support policy servicing activities with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Organize and prioritize BAU activities to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Coordinate communication with clients, insurers, and Marsh brokers in German-speaking countries.
• Assist with policy renewal tasks: renewal lists, loss reports, and premium proposals.
• Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding actions; identify efficiency improvements.
