Job summary

Marsh in Warsaw, part of the European Business Support Center, seeks a Team Leader to manage a policy servicing team and drive renewal processes across Europe in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office.

You will liaise with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders, lead standardization and efficiency initiatives, and coach a high-performing team to deliver quality, timely outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• People management experience including recruitment, coaching, performance monitoring and team development.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing BAU priorities with project delivery.
• Experience leading standardization, centralization and/or efficiency initiatives (process improvement, operating model changes, or similar).
• Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Placement and Policy Servicing Team at the European Business Support Center (EBSC), a part of Marsh Group. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Team Leader, you will manage a team that supports the policy renewal process and liaise with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders — Marsh insurance brokers in Spain, Norway & Poland. You will balance day-to-day operational leadership with driving mid- to long-term initiatives focused on standardization, centralization, and efficiency.

We will count on you to:
