Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. in Poland is seeking a Demand Planning professional to own and drive the IBP demand management cycle, including weekly forecasts and long-term planning.

You will partner with Supply Hub Planners, Order to Cash and Commercial Teams to ensure accuracy, meet KPIs, and proactively identify risks. The role requires strong analytical skills, English fluency, and the ability to work independently in a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Replenishment, Co-packing, Order to Cash, Logistics) or Supply Planning.
• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Problem solving with drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the demand management cycle of the IBP process, including weekly short-term plan and long-term forecast.
• Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate and finished goods inventory targets; identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships with Supply Hub Planners, Order to Cash and Commercial Teams for demand & fulfillment topics.
• Highlight production planning bottlenecks and support end-to-end processes with root-cause analysis.
• Proactively manage ageing stock and waste risk across the network.
• Act as main point of contact for team members and coordinate daily work.
• Take an active role in product development projects.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and create process improvements.
