Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Warsaw is seeking an exceptionally talented HR Business Partner to advise Commercial managers and drive people strategy in a multinational FMCG environment.

You will partner with leaders to develop and execute strategy on talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement, while guiding managers through policies and programs and delivering impactful HR projects across the business.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics or Law.
• 4-5+ years of HR experience in an international company, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Experience in FMCG or related industries across regions is a plus.
• Excellent in Polish and English (verbal & written).
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a partner to managers through resolution of employee and organizational issues, including headcount planning and organizational development.
• Provide advisory in performance planning, interpretation of policies, performance management, employee relations, talent development and retention.
• Deliver consultative support and guidance to managers on core global and local HR programs.
• Guide managers on how to manage and resolve complex HR issues (e.g., performance management, employee relations, talent support).
• Develop and implement HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed.
• Support managers & LT to deliver and develop engagement plans.
• Actively participate in creating and executing training & development programs.
• Promote a culture of feedback and open communication.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to strengthen capability and accountability.
