Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in line with demand and supply plans.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production and customer requirements.
• Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and performance.
• Track supplier KPIs such as on-time delivery and lead time.
• Resolve supply issues, delays, and escalations proactively.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to align procurement plans.
• Monitor inventory health and PO aging to avoid excess and shortages.
• Support inventory optimization and working capital targets.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and controls.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and improvements.
